Prop Navik provides verified property listings for browsing free of charge, and optional premium packages (for tenants, buyers, and sellers) where a dedicated agent searches, negotiates, and helps close a deal on your behalf. Premium package pricing, advance fees, and success fees are described on our Packages page and confirmed with you before you sign up.

2. Listings

We make reasonable efforts to verify listing information, but availability, pricing, and specifications can change without notice and should be confirmed directly with us before you make any decision. Listings do not constitute a legal offer.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and requirement details when you submit an enquiry or sign up for a package.
• Use the site and our services only for genuine personal or business property search, listing, or transaction purposes.
• Do not misuse the site (for example, scraping listings, attempting to bypass security, or submitting false information).

4. Premium packages

Premium package terms — advance fee, success fee, and validity period — are as stated on the Packages page and any confirmation shared with you at signup. Refund terms for packages are covered separately in our Refund Policy.

5. No guarantee of outcome

While we work in good faith to find, negotiate, and close a suitable deal, we cannot guarantee a specific property, price, or timeline, since outcomes depend on market availability and third parties (owners, builders, buyers) outside our control.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including listing photos, descriptions, and site design — is owned by Prop Navik or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our services, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
