Bare shell and warm shell offices, fully furnished plug-and-play offices, managed offices, coworking hot desks and dedicated desks, private cabins, and enterprise or full-floor requirements in Grade A towers, IT parks and independent buildings.

Conventional offices are quoted as rent per sq.ft per month on the carpet or super area, usually plus maintenance, GST and a security deposit (often 3–6 months). Coworking and managed offices are quoted per seat per month and typically include maintenance, power, internet and housekeeping.

Yes. Every listing comes from our verified inventory network, and we re-confirm availability, specifications and pricing before sharing it on your shortlist.

Usually, yes. Each listing shows whether the price is negotiable. We benchmark rents across the micro-market and negotiate rent, rent-free fit-out periods, escalation and lock-in terms on your behalf.

Coworking and furnished managed offices can often be ready within a few days. Bare shell offices need fit-out, which typically takes 6–12 weeks depending on size and design.
